Introducing: Briar Barn Inn
We are excited to announce that in the Fall of 2018 the team from Bramble Hospitality will open a sister property – Briar Barn Inn! On Monday, October 23rd we broke ground on our new location at 101 Main Street in Rowley, Massachusetts. After some initial clearing, we have begun construction of a 30-room Inn, a 100-seat restaurant, and spa. This property will be the perfect complement to our busy weddings and events venue, Willowdale Estate, providing room blocks, private dining options, spa treatments and weddings and events of course!
Briar Barn Inn will draw inspiration from the rural history of Rowley and the 1901 Victorian era farmhouse that will remain at the front of the property facing the street. We’ll be in the heart of Essex County on scenic Route 1A just north of Ipswich, Essex and Salem, and south of Newburyport.
Our barn’s seasonal menu will serve local farm-fresh ingredients. Open year-round, offering a relaxed dining experience where locals and visitor guests alike can enjoy inspired cuisine – and casual favorites – accompanied by an accessible wine list, craft beers, and classic cocktails with a twist.
Each guest room includes a cozy seating area that frames a working gas fireplace and a custom hideaway entertainment cabinet with a 46” flat screen television (programming included), and a unique selection of original artwork, custom furnishings, and antique pieces! Enjoy complimentary Spring Water, a mini-fridge with a selection of convenience items, and access to our room service menu. Our bathrooms include an alcove soaking tub with separate shower, plush bathrobes and slippers, and Gilchrist & Soames toiletries.With two floors, and three distinctive wings, 30 spacious rooms (350-square-feet!), in a u-shape with a garden courtyard, this distinctive farmhouse experience is perfect for a relaxing retreat or romantic weekend getaway.

Our goal is to help you feel nurtured and beautiful after every visit. Enjoy a relaxing massage, a fragrant soak, or a rejuvenating skin treatment, all offered in the privacy and comfort of our newly designed spa facility.
