A Taste of Winter: Grove's New Flavors

Winter in New England is much more bearable with our brunch and dinner additions! Comfort food is our specialty year round, but now is undeniably the best time to come in and enjoy a cozy menu staple or sample some of our new flavors. Winter is here at Grove, bringing a fresh mix of comforting, seasonal flavors for chilly days. The menu leans into hearty ingredients, warm spices, and familiar dishes with a winter twist. Dining in is simple, satisfying, an experience meant to be shared. Grove’s winter menu makes cold-weather dining feel easy and inviting. Here are some classics and some new additions that we think are perfect for this time of year:

 

FEATURED DISHES

Mussels – n'duja, tomato sauce, garlic, white wine, parsley
Sausage Rigatoni – house made rigatoni, spicy Italian sausage, kale, tomato sauce, parmesan
Mushroom Shells – house made shell pasta, local celeriac purée, Joyberry Farm mushrooms, leeks, parmesan, whipped truffled burrata
Steak Frites – ribeye, house cut fries, truffle butter, onion soubise, side salad of arugula, watercress, pickled onion, tomato, parmesan, balsamic vinaigrette
Niman Ranch Pork Chop – sweet potato purée, bacon braised cabbage, roasted apples, brussels sprouts, cider sauce
Duck – local honey nut squash, farro, spinach, pomegranate seeds, duck jus

Ginger and Gold – bourbon, ginger liquor, honey, lemon
Winter Sangria – red wine, brandy, cointreau, pomegranate, orange, ginger ale

Banana Bread Old Fashioned – bourbon, banana liqueur, black walnut bitters
